Union Continuous Filament Mat approved by different process

Last week, two containers of Union CFM to different customers in different countries:  CFM955 and CFM985. Our stable quality and the best service, was approved by our customers, has reached deep cooperation with many customers, and has continuous orders.

All of our specification as follows: 

Union fiberglass continuous filament mat is a non-woven mat made from E-CR glass filaments randomly-oriented. It is directly bonded by sizing agent without clustering.

Union offers two types of CFM: Powder binder & Emulsion binder

CFM955/CFM900 CFM for pultruded parts

Union CFM for Pultrusion has higher tensile strength which fits the requirement for most challenging profiles and fast pultrusion process speed.

It is compatible with unsaturated polyester (UP) , vinyl ester (VE) , epoxy (EP) resin system and designed for the reinforcement of pultruded shapes including gratings, ladder rails, frames, insulators.

CFM985 CFM for closed mold process

It is compatible with unsaturated polyester(UP), vinyl ester(VE), epox(EP) resin system and designed to be preformed with the same dimensions as the final part and for use in closed mold process such as RTM (high and low-pressure injection), infusion and compression molding.

CF981 CFM for reinforced polyurethane foams

Union CFM9810 is compatible with polyurethane resin systems and designed for Pu foam reinforcement process.

It has excellent corrosion resistance in water, salt water and alkali conditions.

Union Continuous Filament Mat is wound on a hard carton tube with a PE stretch film is wrapped around the roll.

For roll width 104cm, 127cm,16rolls per pallet in cartons.

For roll width above 185cm, 4rolls per pallet.
